OK, It's a corny line but about six months ago I was asked by Susan Street Gallery to take some photographs of North County for a client of theirs, Security Business Bank. Last week I managed to go to the bank to look around and take some snapshots.

Route 94
This is the first photograph I'm posting from chapter two of Abandoned Americana. It was shot on Route 94 in an old railway museum. At this point in time I'm not sure if it's still there. This week southern California was hit with the worst fires in California History and Rout 94 was in the middle of one of them. I spent a day with fellow photographer (and partner in crime for the Abandoned Americana project) traveling Rt. 94 a few weeks back shooting a few locations along the route from Spring Valley all the way to old Rt. 80.
